IRMA (the Irish Recorded Music Association) is the trade association of the recording industry in Ireland.

IRMA speaks up on behalf of the Irish record industry and addresses the issues which affect record companies in Ireland like piracy and strong legislation to protect the rights of music producers. IRMA also publishes the official music charts and produces statistics regarding the industry (sales, downloads etc.) for use both domestic and international consumption. IRMA also certifies single and album sales for Silver, Gold and Platinum Disc status.

Only record companies with a registered address in Ireland can join IRMA.

Small Company (0-2% market share): €150.00 (ex VAT)
Medium Company (2-5% market share): €750.00 (ex VAT)
Large Company (Over 5% market share): €3,000.00 (ex VAT)
