REALLY GOOD TIME top the Independent Chart with debut album Affirmations!

Dublin power-trio Really Good Time top the Independent Albums Chart today with Affirmations, their debut album, released 7 August via Chromer Industrial. The band, Diolmhain Ingram Roche aka Wastefellow (vocals and guitar),

Adrian Garvey aka Ado Tornado (drums), and Jack Hitchcock aka Jacque le Coque (bass), have built a reputation as one of Ireland's most exciting live acts, playing SXSW, The Great Escape, and Other Voices in 2025, and supporting Franz Ferdinand, The Murder Capital, and Gurriers. The album was produced and recorded by Rian Trench at The Meadow and mastered by Ivan Jackman.

Four singles preceded the release: Shit One (November 2025), Bob Dylan Was On Pawn Stars in 2010 (March 2026), Do It (May 2026), and The Love Song (July 2026). Do It featured prominently in RTÉ's FIFA World Cup coverage this summer, introducing the band to a much wider audience. The 10-track record has drawn comparisons to Queens of the Stone Age and The Walkmen, with press support from The Sunday Times, DIY, Clash, The Line of Best Fit, Nialler9, The Thin Air, BBC 6 Music, Radio X, and RTÉ.
